I am Haylee, Best Vet’s Practice & Operational Manager. I hope your experience at Best Vet is an exceptional one. It is Dr. Bob’s and my vision that each pet is loved and care for the way that we care for our own.
Upon my graduation from Mary Hardin-Baylor, I moved to Austin and started my adult career as a Social Worker for 17 years working for private agencies for children & adolescents in various fields from residential treatment center to hospital setting. I completed my graduate degree at the University of Texas in Austin and worked at a private long term foster care & adoption agency for 7 years before transitioning into Human Health/Medical Field for a Fortune 100 corporation for 20 years before retiring.
I came out of retirement in 2023 to join Best Vet full time to assist Dr. Bob in operational & practical management and in running the day-to-day business behind the scenes.
In my spare time, I am also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. My true passion in life is to help others to be the best version of themselves through mentoring and volunteering my time in community services.
